Shed your old skin for fall 2010! Snake Yoga is a relaxing yet rejuvenating, restorative practice designed for a woman’s needs with both active and passive sequences, pranayama, and meditation. It is a lunar way to energize the kundalini, the sacred life force, represented as the serpent in the spine.
The sensual alchemy of Snake Yoga will lead us to the Sacred Dance where we will move from our center in circles and spirals opening the body to an ecstatic expression of feminine beauty, joy, and radiance. We will dance with veils to exotic world music and even a serpent if you so desire.

The cost is only $45 per person, inclusive of Snake Yoga and Sacred Dance and full use of spa for the day. Enjoy the steam, sauna, mineral pools and indulge in the European Bathing Ritual before or after the playshop, or both. They will supply you with a spa robe and locker. Just bring your suit!
